Our Return Policies As Flollows:
Retail Return Policy: If you are not satisfied with a product we will gladly accept exchanges for Retail orders only.We ask that you return the product within 5 days of receipt. Upon final approval, you will be given an exchange. We regret shipping charges are not refundable for any reason other then damaged product.
Wholesale Return Policy: Wholesale products are NOT subject for returns for Any Reason, only replacement granted for damaged items in transit...thank you. Please email us FIRST before sending anything back, thank you.
DAMAGE IN TRANSIT and SHORTAGES: We take special care in packaging each box we send out, however, sometimes damages may occur. You will need to contact us upon receiving a damaged package. Be sure to save ALL packing materials, as they will need to inspect the box. We will replace any damage item/items or you may exchange only for something else...thank you.*All shortages need to be reported within 3 days...thank you.***LOST packages require us to file a claim & will take 30 days before replacement of product if product is not found & sent by original carrier,prior to 30 day location time frame.
